Plant Orbit – Shipping Policy

At Plant Orbit, we take great care to ensure your plants and gardening essentials reach you healthy, fresh, and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Timeline

  • Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive updates via WhatsApp/SMS/email once your order is shipped.


3. Packaging & Plant Safety

We pack every plant with special care using:

  • Protective packaging to avoid damage

  • Moisture-retention methods to ensure the plant stays fresh

  • Sturdy boxes to handle transit movement

We aim to deliver your plant to you as healthy as it leaves our nursery.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above β‚Ή249 (if this is correctβ€”tell me if you want to change).

  • For orders below β‚Ή249, a standard delivery fee applies (you may specify the amount).


5. Delivery Areas

  • We ship plants all over India, except restricted or regulated locations where live plant delivery is not permitted.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to get updated by the courier partner.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If your plant arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing video + clear photos for verification
    After verification, we will offer replacement or store credit as applicable.

(Note: Plants being living products may show minor changes in shape/size due to transit conditions.)


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer is unavailable:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply

  • Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries caused by customer error


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available on any orders.
    All orders must be prepaid to confirm shipping.
